The product is typically used in tire retread manufacturing to adhere a new tread to a buffed carcass. ZEVOC® can also be used in other applications such as hose, industrial rubber products, shoes, and golf ball manufacturing. Although this product is water-based, has zero VOCs, and no HAPS, its adhesion ability matches or exceeds solvent-based alternatives.
As a nonflammable product, ZEVOC® has the potential to lower company insurance costs and requires no special storage needs, sprinkler systems, or equipment with lock-out devices.
